To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Print-on-demand products are made to order, so we cannot restock or resell returned pieces.
Preorder orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins. Once your hoodie enters production, the order is locked and the standard 3-day delivery rule applies from the day it arrives.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval (an estimate — Stripe settlement timing can vary). Shipping fees are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right — replacement or full refund, your call.
